Information: Human CD94 expression is restricted to natural killer (NK) cells and a small subset of T lymphocytes. CD94 is a type II membrane glycoprotein of the c-type lectin superfamily and essentially lacks a cytoplasmic tail. Antibody HP-3D9 recognizes the CD94 molecule of 70 kd. Antibody HP-3D9 inhibits IL-2 dependent proliferation of NK cells
